One small shop, “Antoinette’s Herbs and Spices,” caught Sally’s eye. The symbol on its sign matched her necklace. Though she had passed it many times, she had never entered. Gripping her necklace for courage, she stepped inside with Tom. The dimly lit interior was filled with an air of mystery.
Finding Ancient Wisdom
Inside, Sally explored the shelves of herbs and tools. In the book section, a leather-bound volume caught her eye. It contained tales of children born on Friday the 13th and their destinies. Sally felt she was close to the answers she sought. Her heart raced with anticipation and fear.
